FORENSIC AND LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPERIENCE OF APLYING OF MEDICAL CRITERIA OF BODIES INJURIES IN MOSCOW REGION 2007–2014

Abstract

In this article summarized forensic and law enforcement experience of applying of medical criteria of bodies’ injuries in Moscow Region. Statistical data about forensic medical expertise’s, numeric data about registered crimes (aa. 111 (p. 1–3), 112, 115, 116 and 264 (p. 1–2) of Criminal Code) and administrative offences, responsibility for committing according aa. 12.24 and 12.30 (p.2) of the Code of Administrative Offences.

Also, this article contains statistical data about quantity of persons, convicted for offenses (crimes and administrative offences), with involving applying certain degree of bodies’ injuries.

CAUSES OF DEATH IN THE FORENSIC DIAGNOSIS

Key terms of systematization of death causes in the formulation of SMD were analyzed. A doctor, forensic expert, should identify the basic and direct cause. The main cause of death is nosological unit, designed in accordance with the ICD-10, and the direct cause of death is a complication of the underlying disease (damage).

СASE OF NONPERFORATING NONLETHAL WOUND OF THE HEAD, CAUSED BY CHILD’S OWN HANDS

Abstract

Case of gunshot wound in head of 3 years old boy caused by nonlethal pistol PB–4 “Wasp” described in this article. Bullet retained in skull cavity and doctors decided not to disturb it for avoiding sever complications. There are no serious dysfunction’s in general, neurological and mental status 9 months later after the incident.

Abstract

This article deals with detailed classification of cranial trauma from practical experience of Burdenko Neurosurgery Institute. Focal and diffuse brain injuries were detailed. Description of levels of consciousness of patients with cranial trauma: clear consciousness, mediocre and severe deafening, coma — mediocre, deep and terminal. Criteria of definition of general patient conditions by general, brainstem and local symptoms were described. Correspondence of clinical diagnosis with ICD–10 (International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems) was showed.

THE INVISIBILITY OF THE HEAVY HEALTH HARM IN THEMORPHOLOGY OF FRACTUREDISLOCATION OF THE FOREARM’S BONES. CONFRONTATION IS GOING ON

Abstract

The article deals with the expert interpretation of the weight and the mechanism of the formation of the casus of fracture-dislocation of the forearm’s bones composing elbow joint. The author touches upon the interpretation in the regime of remaining collegiate confrontation in the epic of the prolonged forensic process. The main subject of the confrontation was the opposite evaluation of the trauma weight (harm to the health grave or medium-gravity). The principle difference of the expert judgements on the fact of the discussed trauma is in the use of the definitions p. 6.11., p. 6.11.3., p. 6.11.11., p. 7.1. of the Medical criteria of the severity determination of the harm caused to the human’s health approved by the Order № 194n by the health Ministry of Russia the 24th of April 2008.The author shows the importance for the expert process of appropriate but not spontaneous visualization of the initial trauma morphology recorded by the X-ray picture in case of the first patient’s call for medical aid. The author stated the insistency of the opposing experts in the invisibility of the evident morphology of fracture-dislocation of the forearm’s bones composing elbow joint.
