对文献资料进行的研究显示,一些研究介绍了在调查过程中使用尸体计算机模拟结果的算法,以及介绍了在法医学活动领域和一些医案描述中应用Virtopsy的法律方面。同时,缺乏综合性著作,既包括在调查中使用虚拟尸检结果的法律根据,也包括在某些类别的法庭诉讼中用这种方法作为证据的实用方面。
对Virtopsy使用进行了SWOT分析,以提高犯罪调查的质量。根据研究结果,确定了在侦查行动中使用Virtopsy的积极和消极方面,制定了在猝死、医疗错误、无名尸体检查等情况下使用虚拟尸检的实用建议。
在法医学实践中,虚拟尸检结果的应用增加了结论的有效性,它的使用应该是对尸检结果的补充,照片可以被归类为在调查过程中使用的图画,以后也可以通过将其加入审讯协议中作为证据。
此外,如果死者的亲属拒绝(通常是出于宗教原因)进行尸检,则适用Virtopsy。
在电子计算机断层扫描程序中使用计算机编程入门将有可能在不开棺验尸的情况下对尸体进行重新检查,并确定死亡是否是由业务错误造成的,以及提高法医学鉴定的有效性。
