论证。由于缺乏统一的建议，器官移植后在患者死亡的情况下，作出诊断、选择根本死因及对它进行ICD-10编码往往是困难的。

该研究的目的是根据N.V. Sklifosovsky急诊医学研究所病理解剖科的工作经验，在器官移植后的患者死亡的情况下，提出关于作出诊断、选择根本死因及对它进行ICD-10编码的实用建议。

材料和方法。我们分析了7年来（从2016年到2022年）在N.V. Sklifosovsky急诊医学研究所接受器官移植后的患者死忙的60份病理解剖记录单。

结果。根据分析结果，考虑到文献资料，制定了器官移植后患者根本死因的诊断、选择和ICD-10编码的建议。

结论。为作出器官移植后患者死亡的诊断而制定的建议可用于法医专家的日常实践。
