法医学是一门综合了一般生物学和医学知识的科学。这一领域的研究旨在发展和提高完成司法和实际保健任务所需的技能。完善我们的社会是法医科学研究发展的新动力,根据出现的问题重要性,以及法医和调查实践的要求,使狭隘领域的优先性不断升级。在现阶段的发展中,法医学作为一门科学专业,是医学的一个分支,由于吸引了相关自然科学和信息技术的成果而迅速发展。文章介绍了法医学科学研究的成果,这些成果是通过具有社会意义的需求推动的,且旨在解决国家层面的鉴定问题。谢切诺夫大学法医学系是法医学领域系统教学的创始人,也是重点科学研究的领导者。在该系,开展了一系列现实科学研究,并在以下问题上取得了突破性成果:身份识别、年龄形态学、法医创伤学、慢性药物中毒、急/慢性酒精中毒、猝死的形态学诊断。本文介绍了在U.I.皮戈尔金带领下的学院研究活动的最重要成果,并确定了前景方向。
