在法医实践中,被旅游刀和狩猎刀造成的损伤很少见。旅游刀和狩猎刀刀刃的结构特点对皮肤切刺伤的形态特征有很大的影响,这可能会专家解决某些问题时带来困难。
在文章介绍的案例中,在对尸体进行法医鉴定时,专家知道男子在公寓里受伤,他的胸部和腹部被同一把刀刺伤两次。法医鉴定确定了,胸部伤口是由扁平刀型刺切工具造成的,其刀刃在痕迹形成部分中具有一个刀锋,一个切削刀刃和一个具有清晰窄边的 U 形横截面刀背;腹部伤口是由扁平刺切工具造成的,但其刀刃在痕迹形成部分中有一个刀锋和两个切削刀刃。因此,可以认为这些伤口是由不同的刀具造成的。只有在调查员提供了可能的致伤工具(即一把旅游刀)之后,才能认为这两个伤口可能是由同一物体造成的。
我们所描述的案例表明,在缺乏有关创伤刺切物体的信息的情况下,仅凭对尸体的法医鉴定数据以及对皮肤伤口形态的法医检查结果,就有可能做出错误的判断。因此,在考虑被一把或多把刀刺伤的可能性时应谨慎行事。
