PATHOMORPHOLOGY OF SKELETAL MUSCULATOR AND MICROCIRCULATORY VASCULAR BED IN EXPERIMENTAL HYPOTHERMISM
Abstract
The article describes the results of studying the effect of hypothermia on skeletal muscles and microcirculatory vascular bed of rats in the experiment. Hypothermia was modeled by placing animals in individual cells in water at the temperature of 5 °C, at an ambient temperature of 7 °C. It is shown that along with the damaging effect on muscle tissue and microcirculatory vascular bed, hypothermia is a powerful activator of the mast cells’ and macrophages’ activity. Interstitial mast cells and macrophages are important factors in the process of adaptation of the body to the effect of hypothermia.

At a fracture of one rib participating in breath without injury of a parietal pleura, only violation of volume of respiratory movements owing to protection of the damaged body which always makes term less than three week is possible. Therefore, without objective symptomatology of disorder of protective and physiological function of a thorax, in the presence of only a Х-ray picture with a fracture of one rib we recommend to establish a little harm to health.

TECHNOLOGIES OF SELECTION OF AUTOPSY BLOOD FOR FORENSIC BIOCHEMISTRY RESEARCH
Abstract
The article is devoted to the collection of cadaveric blood for forensic biochemical research. New rules for sampling cadaveric blood for obtaining serum and plasma, suitable for basic biochemical research, are described. Advantages of delivery of autopsy blood in special thermo-packets that protect the material from freezing in winter and exposure to high temperatures in summer are described.
