论证。本文讨论了在哈萨克斯坦共和国刑罚系统最低安全惩教机构中防止罪犯自残和自杀的可能性。每年自残和自杀案件的统计数据证明，有必要利用各种心理、技术和立法工具寻找预防工作的方向。
本研究旨在确定哈萨克斯坦共和国刑罚和教养系统安全惩教机构服刑人员防止自残和自杀的可能性。
材料和方法。使用了绘制智力地图这种将概念视觉化的方法。作为心理诊断的工具，使用了调查问卷来确定是否存在精神障碍，并确定潜在自杀风险的迹象；绘制潜在客户的人物素描，以便了解客户的行为、情绪状态、日常活动、人口特征、需求和目标；制定个人咨询会议的专题计划表。
结果。在监狱系统的惩教机构中，自残行为通常被认为是最具破坏性的行为形式。为了理解自残行为现象，本文介绍了这一概念的智力图谱，其中显示了其特殊性、研究领域、类型，还强调了预防此类行为的方向。
结论。通过实施所制定的建议，以及管理人员对防止罪犯自残和自杀活动的控制和协调，将有可能把自残和自杀现象减少到最低限度。这反过来又会对消除对罪犯人身安全的一种威胁产生积极影响。
