It also revealed a need for more comprehensive work covering both the legal grounds for using virtopsy results during the investigation and the practical aspects of using this technology for evidence in specific categories of court hearings.</p> <p>A SWOT analysis of the use of virtopsy to improve the quality of crime investigation has been performed. Based on the results of the study, the positive and negative aspects of using virtopsy in investigative actions were identified, and practical recommendations for its use in cases of sudden death, medical errors, and the preparation of an examination of an unidentified corpse were developed.</p> <p>Using virtopsy results increases the validity of the conclusion in judicial practice, its use should complement the results of an autopsy, and the pictures can be attributed to drawings that can be used during investigative actions and, in the future, as evidence by attaching them to the interrogation protocol.</p> <p>Furthermore, virtopsy is used when the deceased’s relatives refuse to have a pathoanatomical autopsy performed, often for religious reasons.</p> <p>Using machine programming elements in computed tomography procedures will allow for a re-examination of the corpse without exhumation, determining whether death occurred due to a service error and increasing the efficiency of forensic medical examinations.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассматриваются законодательные аспекты использования в качестве доказательств по уголовным делам результатов виртуальной аутопсии (виртопсии).</p> <p>При изучении данных литературы отмечен ряд работ, в которых представлены алгоритмы использования в следственном процессе результатов компьютерного моделирования трупа, а также правовые аспекты применения виртопсии в области судебно-экспертной деятельности и при описании некоторых медицинских случаев. В то же время выявлено отсутствие комплексной работы, охватывающей одновременно юридические основания использования результатов виртопсии в ходе расследования и практические аспекты применения данного метода для доказательства по определённым категориям судебных слушаний.</p> <p>Проведён SWOT-анализ использования виртопсии для повышения качества расследования преступлений. По результатам исследования определены положительные и отрицательные стороны применения виртопсии в следственных действиях, разработаны практические рекомендации её использования в случаях скоропостижной смерти, врачебных ошибок, при производстве экспертизы неопознанного трупа.</p> <p>Использование результатов виртопсии повышает обоснованность заключения в судебной практике, её применение должно дополнять результаты аутопсии, а снимки возможно отнести к рисункам, которые могут быть использованы в ходе следственных действий и, в дальнейшем, — в качестве доказательств путём приобщения к протоколу допроса.</p> <p>Кроме того, виртопсия применима при наличии отказа, зачастую по религиозным соображениям, родственников умершего от проведения патологоанатомического вскрытия.</p> <p>Использование в процедуре компьютерной томографии элементов машинного программирования даст возможность без эксгумации повторно осмотреть труп и определить, наступила ли смерть вследствие служебной ошибки, а также повысить эффективность судебно-медицинских экспертиз.</p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="zh"><p>文章探讨了在刑事案件中用虚拟尸检结果作为证据的法律方面。</p> <p>对文献资料进行的研究显示，一些研究介绍了在调查过程中使用尸体计算机模拟结果的算法，以及介绍了在法医学活动领域和一些医案描述中应用Virtopsy的法律方面。同时，缺乏综合性著作，既包括在调查中使用虚拟尸检结果的法律根据，也包括在某些类别的法庭诉讼中用这种方法作为证据的实用方面。</p> <p>对Virtopsy使用进行了SWOT分析，以提高犯罪调查的质量。根据研究结果，确定了在侦查行动中使用Virtopsy的积极和消极方面，制定了在猝死、医疗错误、无名尸体检查等情况下使用虚拟尸检的实用建议。</p> <p>在法医学实践中，虚拟尸检结果的应用增加了结论的有效性，它的使用应该是对尸检结果的补充，照片可以被归类为在调查过程中使用的图画，以后也可以通过将其加入审讯协议中作为证据。</p> <p>此外，如果死者的亲属拒绝（通常是出于宗教原因）进行尸检，则适用Virtopsy。</p> <p>在电子计算机断层扫描程序中使用计算机编程入门将有可能在不开棺验尸的情况下对尸体进行重新检查，并确定死亡是否是由业务错误造成的，以及提高法医学鉴定的有效性。</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>computed tomography</kwd><kwd>expertise</kwd><kwd>forensics</kwd><kwd>investigation</kwd><kwd>magnetic resonance imaging</kwd><kwd>rendering</kwd><kwd>virtual autopsy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>виртуальная аутопсия</kwd><kwd>компьютерная томография</kwd><kwd>криминалистика</kwd><kwd>магнитно-резонансная томография</kwd><kwd>расследование</kwd><kwd>рендеринг</kwd><kwd>экспертиза</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="zh"><kwd>虚拟尸检</kwd><kwd>电子计算机断层扫描</kwd><kwd>犯罪侦查学</kwd><kwd>磁共振成像</kwd><kwd>侦查</kwd><kwd>渲染</kwd><kwd>检验</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Klevno VA, Chumakova YuV, Kurdyukov FN, et al.
