Every year, there are more reports about problematic issues of the organization and provision of forensic medical support in cases of mass death of people, particularly in armed conflicts.</p> <p>The presented report attempts to rethink the tasks and formulate the principles of forensic medical specialists who work in emergencies, including mass death and unknown disappearances of people.</p> <p>Based on international and domestic experiences, work is needed to standardize procedures and algorithms for registering primary information and identifying signs of the deceased.</p> <p>Standardized work algorithms and standardized forms are important for deceased identification because they simplify and formalize the registration, description, and subsequent information sharing on unidentified dead bodies, avoiding mistakes and omissions.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Тема участия судебно-медицинских экспертов в ликвидации последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций с большим количеством человеческих жертв остаётся актуальной на протяжении многих лет. С каждым годом появляется всё больше сообщений о проблемных вопросах организации и обеспечения судебно-медицинского сопровождения в случаях массовой гибели людей, в том числе при вооружённых конфликтах.</p> <p>Представленное сообщение является попыткой переосмысления задач и формулирования принципов работы судебно-медицинских специалистов, работающих при ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций с массовой гибелью и безвестным исчезновением людей.</p> <p>На основе мирового и отечественного опыта необходима работа по стандартизации процедур и алгоритмов регистрации первичной информации и идентификационных признаков погибших.</p> <p>Стандартизированные алгоритмы работ и стандартизированные бланки являются важным составным элементом процесса идентификации личности погибших, позволяющим упростить и формализовать регистрацию, описание и дальнейший обмен информацией в отношении неопознанных трупов, избежать ошибок и упущений.</p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="zh"><p>多年来，法医学鉴定人参与处理有大量人员伤亡的紧急情况的后果一直是一个热门话题。每年都有越来越多的报告涉及在大量人员伤亡的情况下，包括在武装冲突中，组织和提供法医学支持的问题。</p> <p>本报告试图重新解释法医学鉴定人在涉及大量人员伤亡和失踪人员的紧急情况下的任务和原则。</p> <p>在国际和国内经验的基础上，需要开展工作，使记录基本信息和死者识别特征的程序和算法标准化。</p> <p>标准化的工作算法和标准化的表格是确认死者身份的过程重要组成部分，允许简化和正规化登记、描述和进一步交流关于无名尸体信息的过程，避免错误和遗漏。</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>emergencies</kwd><kwd>forensic medical expert</kwd><kwd>mass human casualties</kwd><kwd>standardization of algorithms</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>чрезвычайные ситуации</kwd><kwd>массовые человеческие жертвы</kwd><kwd>судебно-медицинский эксперт</kwd><kwd>стандартизация алгоритмов</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="zh"><kwd>紧急情况</kwd><kwd>大量人员伤亡</kwd><kwd>法医学鉴定人</kwd><kwd>算法标准化</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Stephen C, Tidball-Binz M.
