Examining multiple blood traces is a time-consuming and lengthy process. Simultaneously, in foreign countries, it has already been partially switched to automatic mode using computer programs. The development of the computer program “Autodesk AutoCAD” in Russia has enabled the use of a specialized application, “Elcovision Forensic,” with which the location of the blood source, distance to it, and size are evaluated using marked traces of blood recorded at the scene, as well as three-dimensional models that can be built in software or used objects already built in other three-dimensional reconstruction programs.</p> <p>This study presents the experience of using the computer program “Elcovision Forensic” on two expert practice examples. In both cases, according to the traces of blood recorded at the scene, it was necessary to reconstruct individual stages of the incident. In one of the cases, the possibilities of working with three-dimensional models produced from photographs of the scene are shown. In the second case, blood traces were analyzed directly from digital photographs.</p> <p>The main stages of work and functions of the computer program are shown in the examples of bloodstain examinations. The use of “Elcovision Forensic” in the framework of specific examinations enabled solving of situational issues and establishing individual damage circumstances.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Экспертиза пятен крови назначается в случаях необходимости оценки следовой картины на месте происшествия и установления особенностей механизма их образования. Экспертиза множественных следов крови — достаточно трудоёмкий и длительный процесс. Вместе с тем в зарубежных странах он уже частично переведён в автоматический режим с использованием компьютерных программ. Освоение в нашей стране компьютерной программы «Autodesk AutoCAD» позволило применять специализированное приложение «Elcovision Forensic», с помощью которого проводят оценку расположения источника крови, расстояния до него, его размера и т.д. по размеченным следам крови, зафиксированным на месте происшествия, а также по трёхмерным моделям, которые возможно построить с помощью указанного программного обеспечения или использовать построенные в других программах трехмёрной реконструкции объекты.</p> <p>В статье представлен опыт использования компьютерной программы «Elcovision Forensic» на двух примерах из экспертной практики. В обоих случаях по следам крови, зафиксированным на месте происшествия, необходимо было восстановить отдельные этапы происшествия. В одном из случаев показаны возможности работы с трёхмерными моделями, воссозданными из фотографий с места происшествия. Во втором случае анализ следов крови осуществлялся непосредственно по цифровым фотографиям.</p> <p>На примерах экспертиз пятен крови показаны основные этапы работы и функции компьютерной программы. Использование «Elcovision Forensic» в рамках конкретных экспертиз позволило решить ситуационные вопросы, установить отдельные обстоятельства причинения повреждений.</p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="zh"><p>当需要评估现场痕迹情况并确定其形成机制的具体细节时，就会指定对血迹进行检验。对多种血迹的检验是一个比较长时间和费力的过程。同时，在国外，这样检验已经是通过使用计算机程序实现部分自动化的。我国采用Autodesk AutoCAD计算机程序，这允许使用专门的应用程序Elcovision Forensic，使用这个应用程序可以根据在现场记录的标记血迹，以及利用该软件或其他三维重建程序构建的物体构建的三维模型来评估血源的位置、与其的距离、其大小等。</p> <p>本文介绍了专家实践出的两个案例中使用Elcovision Forensic软件的经验。在这两个案例中，在现场记录的血迹必须被用来重建事件的各个阶段。其中一个案例展示了使用由现场照片重建的三维模型的可能性。在第二个案例中，血迹的分析是直接用数字照片进行的。</p> <p>血迹检验的案例显示了该计算机程序的基本工作步骤和功能。在具体的检验中使用Elcovision Forensic，使得解决情景问题和确定导致伤害的个别情况。</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Elcovision Forensic</kwd><kwd>three-dimensional modeling</kwd><kwd>traces of blood</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>следы крови</kwd><kwd>трёхмерное моделирование</kwd><kwd>Elcovision Forensic</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="zh"><kwd>血迹</kwd><kwd>三维建模</kwd><kwd>Elcovision Forensic</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Leonova EN.
