Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Medicine.</p> <p><bold><italic>MATERIALS AND METHODS</italic></bold><italic>: </italic>Sixty autopsy reports of fatal outcomes in patients after organ transplantation at the N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Medicine for 7 years (2016–2022) were analyzed.</p> <p><bold><italic>RESULTS</italic></bold><italic>:</italic> Based on the results of the analysis, taking into account the literature data, recommendations for making diagnoses, selecting, and coding according to ICD-10 of the initial cause of death of patients after organ transplantation were formulated.</p> <p><bold><italic>CONCLUSION</italic></bold><italic>: </italic>The developed recommendations on the formulation of diagnoses in patients’ death cases after organ transplantation can be used in the daily practice of forensic medical experts.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование</bold>. При составлении диагнозов, а также выборе и кодировании по МКБ-10 первоначальной причины смерти в случаях летальных исходов пациентов после трансплантации органов зачастую возникают трудности ввиду отсутствия унифицированных рекомендаций.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования</bold> — предложить практические рекомендации по формулировке диагнозов, выбору и кодированию по МКБ-10 первоначальной причины смерти при летальных исходах у пациентов с трансплантированными органами на основании опыта работы патологоанатомического отделения НИИ скорой помощи имени Н.В. Склифосовского.</p> <p><bold>Материалы и методы</bold>. Проанализировано 60 протоколов патологоанатомических вскрытий летальных исходов у пациентов после трансплантации органов в НИИ скорой помощи имени Н.В. Склифосовского за 7 лет (с 2016 по 2022 год).</p> <p><bold>Результаты</bold>. По результатам анализа, с учётом данных литературы, сформулированы рекомендации по составлению диагнозов, выбору и кодированию по МКБ-10 первоначальной причины смерти пациентов после трансплантации органов.</p> <p><bold>Заключение</bold>. Разработанные рекомендации по формулировке диагнозов в случаях смерти пациентов после трансплантации органов могут быть использованы в ежедневной практике судебно-медицинских экспертов.</p></trans-abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="zh"><p>论证。由于缺乏统一的建议，器官移植后在患者死亡的情况下，作出诊断、选择根本死因及对它进行ICD-10编码往往是困难的。</p> <p>该研究的目的是根据N.V. Sklifosovsky急诊医学研究所病理解剖科的工作经验，在器官移植后的患者死亡的情况下，提出关于作出诊断、选择根本死因及对它进行ICD-10编码的实用建议。</p> <p>材料和方法。我们分析了7年来（从2016年到2022年）在N.V.
