Forensic pathologists and pathologists are among the most vulnerable groups of healthcare workers exposed to the risk of infection in the workplace during epidemics, pandemics, and in high-risk conditions when emerging infections such as COVID-19 coronavirus.</p> <p>The purpose of the study was to analyze and identify the problems of organizing the work of persons involved in forensic medical examinations, post-mortem examinations in the context of the COVID-19 coronavirus.</p> <p>The study showed that the existing regulatory organization of the work of persons involved in the conduct of forensic medical examinations, post-mortem examinations does not allow to fully ensure the structural and procedural factors that regulate the activities of the personnel of pathological bureaus (departments) and forensic medical examination bureaus under the risk of coronavirus infection COVID-19.</p>
Судебно-медицинские эксперты и патологоанатомы ― одни из самых уязвимых групп медицинских работников, подверженных риску инфицирования на рабочем месте во время эпидемий, пандемий, в условиях повышенной опасности при возникновении новых инфекций, таких как коронавирус COVID-19.</p> <p>Целями исследования явились анализ и выявление проблем организации работы лиц, участвующих в проведении судебно-медицинских экспертиз, патологоанатомических исследований, в условиях коронавируса COVID-19.</p> <p>По результатам исследования выявлено, что существующая нормативно закреплённая организация работы лиц, участвующих в проведении судебно-медицинских экспертиз, патологоанатомических исследований, не позволяет полностью обеспечить структурные и процессуальные факторы, регламентирующие деятельность персонала патологоанатомических бюро (отделений) и бюро судебно-медицинской экспертизы в условиях риска заражения коронавирусом COVID-19.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>forensic experts</kwd><kwd>pathologists</kwd><kwd>medical workers</kwd><kwd>workers of medical organizations</kwd><kwd>epidemic</kwd><kwd>pandemic</kwd><kwd>coronavirus</kwd><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>forensic medical examination bureau</kwd><kwd>pathological service infectious diseases that pose a danger to others</kwd><kwd>employee</kwd><kwd>employer</kwd><kwd>students</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>судебно-медицинские эксперты</kwd><kwd>патологоанатомы</kwd><kwd>медицинские работники</kwd><kwd>работники медицинских организаций</kwd><kwd>эпидемия</kwd><kwd>пандемия</kwd><kwd>коронавирус</kwd><kwd>COVID-19</kwd><kwd>бюро судебно-медицинской экспертизы</kwd><kwd>патологоанатомическая служба</kwd><kwd>инфекционные заболевания, представляющие опасность для окружающих</kwd><kwd>работник</kwd><kwd>работодатель</kwd><kwd>обучающиеся</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Johns Hopkins University &amp; Medicine.
