Authors conclude about the need to include syphilis into the list of the differential diagnosis of any lymphoplasmocytic aortitis and of any ascending aorta aneurysm.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье приведено описание посмертной диагностики сифилитического аортита у 26-летнего мужчины, сопровождавшегося развитием аневризмы восходящей части аорты с ее расслоением, разрывом и тампонадой сердца.
